IACM is pleased to welcome Phytolon to its membership as a new Associate member.
Phytolon is a 2.5 year old company based in Israel that uses a fermentation-based technology to produce betalain-based natural food colors.
Their main contact will be Halim Jubran, Ph.D., who is Phytolon’s CEO. We look forward to Phytolon’s involvement in the association.
